Embodied Soul: a 3 Month Group Coaching Program
Inside Embodied Soul, you will be guided on a journey back into your body, to know yourself in a more authentic way. You’ll learn tools that support you in your embodiment and be supported in the clearing of outdated patterns and strategies that aren’t fully allowing you to thrive.
You’ll reclaim who you are and begin to understand why you make decisions and certain relationships choices. You'll complete this journey feeling more empowered and capable of taking steps in a new way from a more self-connected place.
Over the course of three months together, we will gather for bi-weekly calls. These sessions include teaching, tools, 1:1 facilitation & coaching. Part of the magic of a group coaching space, is allowing the field of energy and experience brought my each person to inform the work that’s needed. So, there will be plenty of space for the work to flow and shift as we do.
